A sophisticated drug trafficking network that allegedly shipped fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine across the country through the U.S. Postal Service has been dismantled, Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly announced on Wednesday, June 3.

Highway Robbery? Long Island Taxi Driver Kidnapped, Threatened With Knife During Ride: DA
A taxi driver was allegedly kidnapped, threatened with a knife, and robbed by two passengers during a ride from Queens to Suffolk County, prosecutors announced on Wednesday, June 3.
James Davender, 20, and Antoine Sims, 20, both of Wyandanch, were indicted on charges including Second-Degree Kidnapping, First-Degree Robbery, and Second-Degree Robbery, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney.
The pair allegedly ordered a taxi to take them from Far Rockaway to Wyandanch around 1 p.m. on April 22, according to the investigation.
