A 25-year-old New York woman has been named "Fugitive of the Month" in one New Jersey county. Angely Betancourt has been charged with reckless death by auto and causing death while driving unlicensed in the July 4, 2022 crash that left one person dead on Route 287 southbound access ramp to Route 78 west in Bedminster, the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said. New Jersey State troopers responded at 10:41 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5 to a crash on Interstate 78 west at milepost 27, in Bedminster, a State Police spokesman said.
