UPDATE: A man who committed suicide by running in front of a commuter train in Garfield on Saturday hours after law enforcement officials said he beat his roommate to death in their illegal basement apartment was identified Monday, along with the murder victim. Sex Offender In Danbury Sent To Prison for Illegally Reentering From Ecuador
A sex offender from Ecuador, who most recently lived in Fairfield County, is heading back to prison after illegally entering the country for the second time. Enrique Fajardo Marin, 40, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to illegally reentering the United States in June. This is the third time he has been arrested while living illegally in the country.
