An apartment with hoarding conditions caught fire in Toms River, officials said. Pleasant Plains volunteer firefighters responded to the fire at the North Pointe Hollow condominium complex at around 1 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, the Toms River Bureau of Fire Prevention said in a news release. Crews arrived and found a fire in the bathroom of a first-floor apartment. There were no reported injuries and firefighters worked for about two hours to contain the fire.
