Two men in Stafford County are behind bars after conspiring to rob a co-worker of expensive shoes, according to the sheriff's office. Raquan "Turbo" Jones, 23, and Isaiah Watts, 24, are both facing felony charges following an investigation into a gunpoint robbery involving two pairs of shoes worth thousands of dollars. Atlantic City police were crediting automated license plate readers for helping arrest two men with a gun and a stolen vehicle, authorities said. Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Joey Osias, 25, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 22, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release.
