Theft Of Israeli Flag: 15-Year-Old Nabbed After Incident At Town Hall In Hudson Valley A boy was apprehended shortly after he allegedly stole an Israeli flag in broad daylight from in front of a town hall in the Hudson Valley on Thanksgiving Day. Officers in Rockland County responded to Clarkstown Town Hall at around 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 23 for reports that the Israeli flag was stolen from the pole on which it was flying. It happened on Wednesday, Nov. 15 in Hempstead. According to Nassau County Police, the unknown vandal walked up to a large menorah sitting on the front lawn of a Nassau Boulevard home just after 12:30 a.m. He then used an unknown object to smash two of the menorah’s lightbulbs, causing approximately $2,000 worth of damage before fleeing on foot. Swastika Painted On Telephone Pole In Bucks County Police in Warrington are seeking the vandal who painted a swastika on a utility pole.  The offending image was found on a Verizon pole along residential Folly Road early Friday, Oct. 27, authorities said.  It was apparently made using white spray paint and measured about a foot in each direction, according to Warrington police Chief Daniel J.
