PA Man Who Fatally Hit Woman In Crosswalk During Broad Daylight Was High On Meth, Police Say
A Pennsylvania man was high on meth when he fatally struck a 74-year-old woman in a crosswalk during broad daylight, police said.
Kenneth Schuebel, 57, was charged Tuesday with homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and five related offenses, LehighValleyLive reports citing court records.
Schuebel, of Lower Saucon Township, struck Frances Miller in a crosswalk on the 1200 block of Main Street in Hellertown shortly before 3:40 p.m. on June 20, police said.
