Man, Woman From Capital District Accused Of Stealing $1,200 Worth Of Items From Lowe's Store
A man and woman from the region are facing charges after they allegedly stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise from a Lowe’s store.
Hugo Cabrera, age 46, of Troy, and Justine Tuttle, age 42, of Schodack, were arrested Friday, Sept. 2, on a warrant for felony grand larceny.
State police in Saratoga County were initially called on Tuesday, March 22, with reports of a theft that occurred at the Lowe’s on State Route 146 in Halfmoon a week prior.
Investigators determined that Cabrera stole over $1,200 worth of items from the store with Tuttle’s help, police said.

Four people have been nabbed in a major million-dollar retail theft ring on Long Island.
Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney announced on Tuesday, Aug. 9, that the suspects would steal items from big box stores and then use Ulloa’s Brentwood pawn shop as a front.
The suspects would allegedly store the products at a warehouse before selling them online, the DA's Office said.
The suspects, Carlos Ulloa, Henry Delgado, Sandra Cruz, and Sandra Palomino generated over $1 million a year in profit, authorities say.

Police Seek Man, 59, Who Exposed Himself In Woodbridge Lowe's
Police are looking for the man who exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures in a Woodbridge Lowe's, officials said.
The suspect, who has since been identified as 59-year-old Alvin Spruill, is wanted for indecent exposure, from the incident that took place at around 11:49 a.m. July 8, Prince William County Police said.
Police said no contact was made between Spruill and anyone else in the store, but customers did quickly exit the building when they saw Spruill exposing himself in the aisles.
