Police ID Men Struck, Killed On Capital Beltway
Two men who died in a multi-vehicle wreck on the Capital Beltway Tuesday, May 17, had been hit after they got out of their car, police said.
It's unclear why, but Abdellah Bougrine, 54, of Alexandria, and Driss Bougrine, 59, stopped their Toyota Corolla in the center westbound lane of Interstate 495 around 11 p.m. near Telegraph Road and got out.

Police Probe Death As Homicide After Missing PA Man Found Dead
A Pennsylvania man’s death is being investigated as a homicide after he was found dead six days after he went missing, state police say.
Edgardo Bermudez Melendez, 31, of West York, was found dead on Holtwood Road/Route 372 in the area on the Norman Wood Bridge in Martic Township on Saturday, Mar. 19 around 8:15 a.m., Pennsylvania state police Troop Kevin Kochka stated in the release.
Melendez was reported missing on Mar.14 after last being seen on the evening of Mar. 13, Kochka says.

Jonathan Lee Autery, 46, of Chester, was charged with criminal homicide, first and third-degree murder, aggravated assault, homicide by vehicle, and possessing an instrument of crime, according to public court records.

Man Driving Without Headlights On Facing Drug, Weapons Charges, Massachusetts State Police Say
A Massachusetts man was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without headlights on alleged weapons and drug charges.
David McDade, age 36, of Worcester, was arrested around 2:30 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 31, after a state police trooper noticed he was driving in a black Mazda CX-9 without headlights.
Trooper Micheal Lyons pulled over McDade and after running a check found that his license had been suspended, state police said.
