More details have been released regarding a double shooting in East Pennsboro, according to dispatch records obtained by PennLive. John Miller, 78 shot his wife and adult daughter, leaving the wife hospitalized and daughter dead on April 10. Police originally went to the home for a report of a domestic dispute that started over an argument about kicking his daughter out of his home at 6:45 p.m., the outlet says. Dauphin County Courthouse Reopens After Bomb Scare
The Dauphin County Courthouse was evacuated on Tuesday due to a bomb threat, according to PennLive. The bomb threat was made over the phone around 10:30 a.m. and the building was immediately evacuated according to Dauphin County Emergency Dispatch Services. These Harrisburg-Area Establishments Cited For COVID Violations
Pennsylvania's Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited more than a dozen establishments in the Harrisburg-area accused of violating COVID-19 mitigation orders, PennLive reports. Indoor capacity limits were raised from 50 to 75 percent on April 4, however, several restrictions remain in place. Body Found In Susquehanna River
Authorities in Lancaster County are investigating the Susquehanna River after a body was found Friday morning, PennLive reports. Emergency responders were called around 10:25 a.m. to the area of the river that flows through Conoy Township, according to county dispatchers.
