Dermatologist Helps Find New Home For Patient With Skin Condition
It's not every day that a Westcheester skin doctor helps find a new home for one of his patients. Dr. Andrew Rosenberg, who recently opened an office in White Plains was called upon to treat a pet from a Harrison shelter. Paula Krenkel, president of Pet Rescue in Harrison, shared a story about a very special pet's skin conditions. New Milford, Northvale Ambulance Corps Get Vital Pet-Oxygen Masks
Both the New Milford and Northvale Volunteer Ambulance Corps recently added specially-designed oxygen masks for pets to their life-saving equipment. At-home pet services provider Canine Company donated the masks as part of a campaign to guarantee that first responders in the communities it serves resuscitate family pets in emergencies, particularly fires.
