Woman Hits Boyfriend Over Head With Coffee Pot, Stamford Police Say A Stamford woman was arrested for smashing an empty glass coffee pot over her boyfriend's head during a domestic dispute, police said. Johanna Garcia, 45, was arrested early Tuesday morning after Stamford Police responded to a home on Woodland Place for a report of a man hit with a bottle, said Sgt. Rhett Connelly. Poughkeepsie Woman Arrested For Violating Protective Order A Poughkeepsie woman was arrested for violating a protective order after police received a complaint from the victim. Karen A. Rendon, 23, was arrested on Tuesday, after Town of Poughkeepsie Police received notice from the victim that Rendon has come to her residence on Friday, June 22 while the order was in effect, said Capt. Kevin Faber. The investigating officer located Rendon on Tuesday and charged her with felony criminal contempt, he said. She was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash bond or $20,000 bond.

24-Year-Old Sherman Man Charged With Stalking In Bethel BETHEL, Conn. — A 24-year-old man from Sherman was charged with stalking after he was located near a residence he had been ordered to stay away from in Bethel, police said.  Richard F. Delisle 3rd was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at his home at 24 Green Pond Road in Sherman by Bethel police.  He was charged with first-degree stalking and violation of a protective order, police said. Delisle was released on $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear at Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 5.
