A woman is accused of biting a security officer at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in East Pennsboro Township, authorities announced on Monday, April 7.
Julia Edythe McCann, 20, of Camp Hill, was charged after the March 4, 2024 incident on North 21st Street, according to East Pennsboro Township Police.
The attack happened around 6:30 p.m. when McCann, who was a patient at the hospital, bit a security officer on the wrist, puncturing his skin and causing bleeding, police detailed in a release.
