PA Man Sentenced For Jan. 6 Capitol Riot Also Charged In Wild WV Restaurant Stabbing A Pennsylvania man sentenced to prison for assaulting law enforcement during the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot is also facing serious charges in West Virginia after a violent altercation at a restaurant last year. Joshua Lee Atwood, 31, of Burgettstown, was sentenced to 48 months in prison and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to using a weapon to assault police during the Capitol riot.
