Skimming Device Found On ATM At Fairfield Gas Station Police in Fairfield County are warning residents to check their bank statements after a skimming device was found on an ATM at a gas station. According to Sgt. Michael Stahl with the Fairfield Police Department said the device was found at the Mobil Gas Station at 1271 Stratfield Road on Monday, July 1. An ATM repair technician discovered the device, but it is unknown when it was placed there, Stahl said. Shelton Man Accused Of Producing Child Sex Abuse Images A Fairfield County man is behind bars after being charged with allegedly producing child pornography. Ross DeLibro, age 53, of Shelton, was charged in June with the production of child pornography following an investigation by the Connecticut State Police and Homeland Security. 30-Year-Old Dies In Danbury Crash With Garbage Truck A Connecticut man was killed following a crash with a garbage truck in Fairfield County. New Haven County resident Carlos Davila, age 30, of Ansonia, was killed around 6 a.m., Wednesday, July 3, in the area of 14 Mill Plain Road in Danbury. According to Erin Henry of the Danbury Police, Davila was driving a motorcycle when the crash occurred with a garbage truck. He was transported to Danbury Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Henry said. Henry said the garbage truck driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police. Trooper Shoots Man Who Aimed Vehicle At Officer In Region, Police Say A 63-year-old man was shot once by a New York State trooper after he allegedly drove toward a police officer at a high rate of speed after threatening them with a gun. The incident occurred in Sullivan County around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, at two locations on Route 97. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7:50 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, in the Quinnipiac River in North Haven.
