Driver Busted With 44 Pounds Of Marijuana During Capital Region Traffic Stop, Police Say A routine traffic stop in the region ended with a 29-year-old man facing a felony drug charge. Troopers in Albany County stopped Olandise Warren, of Albany, at around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, as he drove I-787 in Albany. During their interaction, troopers reportedly discovered that he was carrying nearly 44 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle. Okelly Yhap, age 29, was reported missing by Albany Police on Sunday, July 9.
