VA School Employee Took 'Indecent Liberties' With Child He Was Caring For: Police A 32-year-old Virginia man has been arrested for a crime involving a child he'd been caring for in 2017, police said. Joel A. Shapiro, of Prince William County, was charged on Thursday, April 4 with taking indecent liberties with a child by a custodian (click here for more on what that means), according to Virginia State Police. Woman Neglected Vulnerable Adult For Extended Period Of Time: Prince William Police A 68-year-old woman has been arrested for neglecting a 32-year-old family member who remains hospitalized in critical condition, police in Prince William County said. Tree Worker Electrocuted By Power Line In Morris County: Police A tree worker was killed after coming in contact with a power line in Morris County on the afternoon of Thursday, April 4, police said. The worker was at 95 Taylortown Road in Montville when he came in contact with the line around 3:50 p.m., Montville Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said. Man's Suicide Attempt Closes Route 42 For Hours: State Police (Update) Police activity that closed Route 42 in Bellmawr for hours has come to an end. For seven hours, the man stood on the ledge of the I-295 overpass, closing Route 42 below in both directions on Thursday afternoon, April 4 near Exit 14.
