More than 60 people have been arrested in connection with a protest that completely shutdown I-676 in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon, March 30, authorities said. The protestors were from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and ran onto the highway at Broad Street around 4 p.m., causing disruptions to traffic flow, Philadelphia police said at the time. A 53-year-old South Orange man wanted for attempted murder in a warehouse shooting Friday morning, March 29 was captured in Newark, police sad. A 33-year-old man died one week after a crash in Northampton County, officials said. Wayne Manigo, of Stroudsburg, veered off West Moorestown Road at Seifert Road in Bushkill Township and struck a guide rail and several trees around 2:20 a.m. Friday, March 22, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said.
