Death By Antifreeze: Salisbury Woman Accused Of Poisoning Boyfriend Denied Bail A 64-year-old Salisbury woman was ordered held without bail on Tuesday, March 28, in the poisoning death of her boyfriend, authorities said.  Judy Church is charged with first-degree murder after she allegedly slipped a lethal dose of ethylene glycol into his Powerade bottle belonging to her boyfriend, Leroy Fowler, 55, in November, the Essex County District Attorney said.
