Jermaine Powell of Port Chester was arrested on Friday, Feb. 15, after Greenwich Police were called to a home in Byram for a report of a verbal altercation, said Greenwich Police. When officers arrived they found that Powell had violated an order the two victims had filed against him by being at the residence, police said.
