Teen Who Robbed Long Island Rite Aid Caught After Crashing Stolen Car, Police Say A teenager who robbed a Long Island Rite Aid was caught after a foot chase after he crashed a stolen car, police said. The robbery happened just before 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16 at the store at 2260 Jerusalem Ave. in Bellmore. According to a store employee, a male suspect entered the store and removed items without attempting to pay, Nassau County Police said. After a brief struggle with the employee, a 28-year-old woman, the subject fled the scene in a white Volkswagen, according to police.
