Former reality TV star Bam Margera has been released from the Chester County Prison his attorney told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Sept. 25. Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, a court clerk told us. The 44-year-old was arrested last Monday, Sept. 16 in Fulton County during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, Pennsylvania State Police told us. A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a woman at his Weehawken residence on Tuesday, Sept. 17, authorities said. At 2 a.m., Weehawken police received a report of a woman who had been physically and sexually assaulted by a man, later identified as Dennis Hackett, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A man was arrested and charged with assault after an altercation at a softball game on Thursday, Aug. 15, authorities said. At 8:49 p.m., an off-duty officer witnessed the assault at Tannery Field, Hackettstown police said in a release.
