Amelia Power Del Valle is safe after being locates at the Subway at 72nd Street and Broadway in Manhattan, the New York State Public Safety Department said.  The department noted that a citizen saw the alert and recognized Amelia while she was in the subway and called 911, waiting until police arrived.
