Shyma Dahoui, age 15, had last been seen at around 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, outside her home in the hamlet of Ridge, located on Valley Forge Court, according to Suffolk County Police. 34-Year-Old 'Brazenly' Stole Cash Registers From Long Island Gas Stations, Punched Clerk: DA A man accused of robbing several gas stations and convenience stores on Long Island, punching a female clerk along the way, is facing multiple criminal charges. Jonathan Moore, age 34, of Brentwood, was arraigned on robbery and grand larceny charges in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, May 25. Don't Fall For It: Rental Scams Targeting Long Island Residents; Suspects Sought Police are warning house hunters to be on the lookout for scammers who are targeting would-be renters on Long Island. The warning comes after Suffolk County Police learned of two rental scams that occurred in Medford in March 2023. Body Of Missing 63-Year-Old Found In Capital Region River The search for a missing 63-year-old man from the region ended in tragedy when he was found dead in a local river. Emergency crews in Schenectady County recovered a body in the Mohawk River in Niskayuna on Thursday, May 25, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
