Rensselaer County resident Robert Thomas, age 35, of the town of Stephentown, was arrested Monday, May 22, on charges of grand larceny and forgery. According to State Police, a Schenectady County homeowner initially contacted troopers in July 2022 claiming to be the victim of a construction scam.
