Patrick Patierno, age 54, of Yorktown, was found guilty on Monday, May 9 following a two-week trial in which the jury found the Ossining deli owner sexually abused the employee, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Assault During Argument Leads To Westport Man's Arrest, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged with assault after allegedly attacking two people during an argument. The incident took place in Westport, around 9:15 a.m., on Sunday, April 10. Akhmad Nasution, age 50, of Westport, turned himself in to police on Tuesday, May 10, and was charged with disorderly conduct, said Lt. David Wolf, of the Westport Police. An investigation into the incident found that Nasution assaulted two individuals during an argument, Wolf said. Nasution was held on a $5,000 bond.
