The incident took place in Hartford County in Bristol within the past several days. The man used black spray paint to vandalize several public and private properties, Bristol Police said. On Friday, April 15, the business owner in New Canaan told police that they were receiving harassing text messages from an employee identified as Kelvin Rodriguez, age 33, of Bridgeport, said the New Canaan Police Department. The body was found in Hampden County in Agawam at School Street Park on Monday, May 9. The person's body was discovered early Monday morning in the parking lot of the park, Hampden District Attorney Spokesperson James Leydon said. Police did not release either the gender or name of the person found. An investigation is underway, but Leydon said on Tuesday, May 10, that the cause of death appears to be medically related.

The incident took place in Port Jefferson around 1:45 a.m., Tuesday, May 10.
