Warren County resident Joshua Tessier, of Glens Falls, was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 8. New York State Police announced the arrest Monday, Sept. 18. According to troopers, Tessier had inappropriate sexual contact with two children in Kingsbury in Washington County in 2020. Investigations were tipped off about the alleged abuse in April 2023.
