Police Searching For Suspect In Jamesport Dunkin' Donuts Burglary Police on Long Island are searching for a suspect following a burglary at an area Dunkin' Donuts store. The incident was uncovered around 5 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28 when an employee arrived at the Jamesport Dunkin' Donuts store located at 1451 Main Road and found the front entry glass had been broken. An investigation by Riverhead Police found that around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 27, an unknown person entered the store after breaking the front glass and remained inside for a short time before fleeing. Long Island Man Busted For Stealing Some $30K From Business, Police Say A Long Island man has been charged with robbery for allegedly breaking into a business and stealing more than $30,000. Shane S. Filasky, age 46, of East Hampton, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 28, said Lt. Gregory Schaefer, of the Southampton Police. LI Man Begs For Beloved Dog To Be Returned Following Devastating Fire A Long Island man is begging for his fiancé's dog to be returned after a devasting fire left her fighting for her life. The fire broke out around 5:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 20, at a home on Manhasset Trail in Ridge, said the Suffolk County Police.  During the fire, one of the residents, Patricia Slawinski, suffered burns to 40 percent of her body and remains in intensive care fighting for her life, said Lin Richburg.  Two cats were able to escape, and one perished.
